Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Our State of Florida License number is EG13000416. When choosing an alarm company it is important to make sure they are licensed.

How long have you been in business?

We have been serving south Florida since 1986.

Are you going to make me sign a contract like other companies?

No. We will never make you sign a contract.

Do I own or lease the alarm system you install?

You own your system, which is compatible with any central station. You are free to do with it how you choose.

If I move can I take my alarm system with me?

Yes. You own the system, and can take the system anywhere you move.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes. For every referral we are happy to give you 3 months of FREE Alarm Monitoring.

Should I go with a wireless system or wired?

We prefer the customer to choose wireless for these reasons:

  1. Labor cost is lower, and we pass the savings on to the customer.
  2. More efficient installation process, with limited required maintenance.
  3. No major modifications have to be made to your residence.
  4. Wireless devices battery life of 4-6 years.

If I decide to cancel, will you charge me a termination fee?

No. If you are dissatisfied with our service, you may cancel at any time.

Do I need to have a phone line to have an alarm system?

No. We offer Cell Communication for your alarm system, which is a much better alternative to standard phone lines. It adds a layer of security to your alarm, and has much faster signal transmission to the Central Station.

How much extra per month do I have to pay to have Cell Communication?

It is an extra $10 per month for Cell Time. This includes all fees and FCC charges. This is significantly less expensive when compared to a standard phone line, which could cost up to $50 per month.

Do I get a discount on my Homeowners Insurance?

Yes you do, up to 20%. We can provide your insurance company with an Installation Certificate.
